Job Description: An experienced Senior Sales Officer is needed to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for incorporating marketing and sales-related information and recommendations into strategic plans and evaluations. And creating and carrying out action plans to accomplish marketing and sales goals. You will also be responsible for formulating business plans for the overall development and accomplishment of top and bottom-line profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- We are developing and implementing business development operations to increase profitability and achieve business objectives.
- We are achieving sales volume of light and medium steel section products in local and international markets.
- By projecting requirements, creating an annual budget, planning expenses, examining discrepancies, and launching corrective actions, we can accomplish our financial goals for sales and marketing.
- Identify marketing opportunities by defining the market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, forecast projected business, and establish targeted market share.

- We maintain rapport with key accounts through recurrent visits, in-depth examination of particular requirements, and proactive anticipation of new prospects.
Qualifications: The best applicant for this position will have a bachelor’s degree in any subject and at least 3 to 5 years of experience selling section mill products. The following additional requirements are among them:
- We have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in the steel industry.
- Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, develop and implement successful marketing strategies, and close deals.
- Building and maintaining great connections with clients and essential stakeholders requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using the SAP system for data posting and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
