SEM Manager Job in Dubai – Agroshipping LLC
Agroshipping LLC, a leading logistics company in Dubai, seeks a motivated and detail-oriented SEM Manager to join their team. As the SEM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEM strategies, optimizing campaigns, and managing a team of analysts. Develop and Execute SEM Strategy
As the SEM Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute SEM strategies that align with the company’s goals. You will work closely with the Digital Director to create effective SEM campaigns that increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive conversions. Using various tools and techniques, you will develop campaigns that target specific audiences, use relevant keywords, and incorporate social media and other online channels.
Optimization of Campaigns
In addition to developing SEM strategies, you will also be responsible for optimizing campaigns to ensure they meet KPIs and drive results. It includes continuously improving the process of keyword development, ad and landing page optimization, and bid management. Daily measuring, you will identify areas for improvement and implement changes that increase click-through rates, reduce bounce rates, and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
Manage and Develop a Team of Analysts
As the SEM Manager, you will lead a team of analysts and provide guidance, support, and training to ensure their success. You’ll be in charge of recruiting, training, and managing a team that can effectively execute SEM strategies, optimizes campaigns, and measures KPIs. Creating a collaborative and supportive team culture will ensure that all team members are motivated, engaged, and working towards a common goal.
Continuously Improve the Process
As part of your role, you will continuously improve the process of keyword development, ad and landing page optimization, and bid management. Data insight, you will identify areas for improvement and implement changes that result in increased website traffic, improved search engine rankings, and higher conversion rates. It includes working on keyword research, social media integration, directory submissions, and internal link optimization.
Daily KPI Measurement and Optimization
As the SEM Manager, you will measure and optimize KPIs daily. It includes monitoring website traffic, click-through, bounce rates, and other metrics that indicate campaign effectiveness. Using tools like Google Analytics, you will analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that drive better results.
To be considered for this position, you must have three years of experience focused on SEM. You must have experience and online activities that build ranking, profile, and traffic and be able to make sure the website is optimized technically to attract visitors. You should also be proficient in HTML, CSS, and PHP and a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player.
