Agroshipping LLC is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager (3PL) for their Dubai, UAE location. The applicant will oversee the customer service staff, guarantee first-rate customer care, and achieve predetermined KPIs for each client. Additionally, they will manage temperature-controlled spaces to avoid system failures. Also, adopt Lean tactics for continuous improvement, and oversee inventory records and best storage procedures for optimal space usage.

Job Summary:

• Manage the Customer Service team and build/maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure the readiness of the team to respond to customer queries and meet KPIs.
• Provide training to the customer service team on legal requirements and customer service etiquette.
• Make that the KPIs for each customer are satisfied and thorough records preservations.
• Track team productivity and take action for better planning and resourcing.
• Oversee inventory records and implement best storage practices.
• Liaise with the internal customs department to ensure compliance with custom clearance procedures.
• Manage temperature-controlled areas and prevent system failures.
• Implement Lean strategies for continuous improvement.
• Guide, support, and train employees daily.

Requirements:

• Experience working for a 3PL.
• A role in logistics that managed customer service.
• Managed a warehouse for food or FMCG products.
