Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team. The ideal applicant will be responsible for determining and attracting the company’s best talent through various recruitment sources. Key responsibilities include shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with Hiring Managers to explain the position requirements. The Corporate Recruiter will organize recruitment events such as career fairs and open days in schools and universities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years experience in a similar role, specifically recruitment activities in a medium-sized company.
- Extensive experience hiring candidates across the supply chain, digital transformation, legal, strategy & finance, and corporate affairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Human resources or a similar field bachelor’s degree.
