Allelife Consulting LLC seeks a customer service representative for a 3-6 month temporary role with a semi-government organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage customer queries and complaints from their freehold portfolio, process orders and modifications, and escalate complaints across various communication channels.
The customer service representative will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward the company’s customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries, Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, acknowledge and handle customer complaints, and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Additionally, the ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- In a timely and effective manner, respond to consumer inquiries received through multiple means.
- Always be kind, sympathetic, and professional to the business’s clients.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Process forms, applications, and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- a general education degree, a high school diploma, or an equivalent
- Solid and soft skills and communication skills
- Proficient in English writing and speaking
- Ability to stay calm when customers are frustrated or upset
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Outlook
- Experience working with customer support
- Preferably experience in a real estate environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
