Job Description:
We are seeking a Coordinator to join our client, a leading conglomerate in Dubai. To offer consumers real-time/dynamic service support, the successful applicant will collaborate closely with the Supervisor/Manager and the field teams (technical & delivery crews). The Coordinator will be responsible for preparing estimates/quotes, following up for estimate approvals, updating the entire cycle of the jobs in SAP, and coordinating with drivers for the committed deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Supervisor/Manager and the field teams (technical & delivery crews) for real-time/dynamic service support to the customers.
- Prepare estimates/quotes – Awareness of spare parts and replacement articles.
- Follow up for estimate approvals.
- Update the entire cycle of the jobs in SAP – Notification/Service order/Spare requests/Job update/Invoicing
- Coordinate with drivers for the committed deliveries
- Requirements:
- UAE experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Immediate joiners and Tagalog speakers are preferred
This is a full-time contract position with a monthly salary range of AED 3000 – AED 4000. The successful candidate will be entitled to an employment visa and medical insurance.
