TASC Outsourcing is a leading recruitment and employee placement agency in the UAE. Established in 2007, the company is known for its people-centric approach and cutting-edge systems. They are currently hiring a Call Center Agent for one of the largest electronic brands in the country.
As a call center agent, you will take consumer calls and respond to their questions and concerns with precise, satisfactory replies. Additionally, you will be expected to phone clients and customers to educate them about the business’s new products, services, and policies and to assist callers with navigation and troubleshooting of the website. You will also need to evaluate client or customer accounts, giving updates and details on warranties, shipping, and other account-related matters. Together with other call center experts, you will be required to improve customer service and help with employee hiring.
The suitable candidate for this position should have a high school or bachelor’s degree in any related field. Additionally, they should have at least one year of prior work experience in a call center with any electronic brand in a similar position. Immediate joiners and Arabic speakers are preferred.
The company offers an attractive salary package of AED 4500 – AED 5000 per month, along with an employment visa and medical insurance.
