As a Digital Customer Service Agent, You’ll be in charge of calling consumers based on hot leads you’ve received for particular brands, addressing their needs with your products, and recommending the best product that will meet them. Additionally, you’ll need to articulate the product offered with assurance and ensure that the customer’s inquiries are addressed.
You must have strong phone contact management, active listening, and communication and presentation skills to succeed in this position. You should also be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Requirements:
- Immediate Joiners are preferred.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry in UAE is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong presenting and communication abilities.
The company offers an attractive monthly salary of AED 7000 – AED 8500 and benefits such as air tickets, visas, and insurance.
