Accounts Executive at a Large Conglomerate-Based Company in Dubai
A Large Conglomerate-Based Company in Dubai is seeking an Accounts Executive to join their team. This is a full-time, contract position with a competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
- Review of GL Reconciliation General Ledger balances for recovery and completeness
- Make a schedule of closing balances and back it up with sufficient documentation.
- Investigate and resolve historical credits by talking to essential parties and evaluating preserved records.
- Determine the potential exposure, write-off, and write-back areas.
- When necessary, draft internal audit notes for write-off approval.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in finance-related functions, preferably in a shared services environment
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound accounting knowledge
- Experience working across multiple levels and function
- Hands-on experience using ERP systems, specifically SAP ECC
- Preference for those who have worked in the retail industry
